How Travis Pool Covers sources, reviews, updates, and discloses commercial relationships.

Last updated: 2026-08-24

Purpose

Pages exist to help an owner, builder, or specifier choose, plan, maintain, or troubleshoot a pool cover. They are not written to manufacture search results.

Sourcing

Technical and safety statements cite primary sources when a standard, manual, or manufacturer document exists. ASTM F1346 pages explain how to verify a claim. They do not treat a logo as proof.

Review

Safety, electrical, and hydraulic pages are written as diagnosis frameworks. They separate owner checks from professional work. Drafts may be AI-assisted. A human editor reviews facts, omissions, and tone before publish.

Updates

Each article shows a published and updated date. Priority hubs are reviewed at least every 90 days, or sooner when a standard or a product class changes.

Corrections

If a page is wrong, we correct the body and the updated date. We do not silently swap a date to look fresh.

Commercial disclosure

This site may later include a small number of contextual links to a hydraulic automatic cover manufacturer or supplier. Those links will sit in relevant paragraphs only. There is no sitewide partner footer. If compensation exists, it will be named here and on the page.

What we will not publish

Invented certifications, reused competitor articles, city-page farms, or instructions that tell a homeowner to open a live electrical box or a pressurized hydraulic pack.
